The shawl is worked in four stages: the first and second part are worked identically with the main color and then joined together using the three-needle flap method. For parts 3 and 4 with the secondary color, they will be worked once parts 1 and 2 are assembled. The technique used for the secondary color is that of modular knitting.

Since the boss asks to read instructions that refer to charters, the boss would be more of an intermediate - advanced intermediate level. Someone who is good at reading knitting instructions might do just fine.
Fingering yarn: Belle de Artfil, 100g (354 meters). You will need 2 skeins of the main color and half a skein of the secondary color (250g total for 885 yards)
Note that the model could well be worked in 1 color.
3.5 mm / US4 circular needles and a cable of at least 30 in / 75 cm.
